2. Our Response to Valid Notices

When we receive a valid DMCA notification, we will:

  • Confirm receipt of the notice via email.

  • Review the claim and, if valid, remove or disable access to the infringing content.

  • Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled.

  • Where applicable, take action against repeat offenders, including possible account termination.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, the counter-notification must include:

  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware if outside the U.S.), and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringers

In line with the DMCA, DivorceRevealed.com enforces a policy of terminating users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content at our discretion, with or without notice.
